Halloween 2009
Our second and last year at the house across the street from our current location. This year we attempted a walk through of sorts, that started near the porch, then went around the garage and out of the driveway. While interesting in concept, it didn't work out for one reason only...the crowd. The line just kept getting too long so we kind of abandoned the order and let chaos reign. Otherwise it was fun, and people enjoyed it. But waiting in line on Halloween night was just unacceptable. This was also the year I built a full on electric chair complete with vibrating seat, flashing strobe lights, fog attached to the victim's head, and a siren. All completed on a stage built just for the attraction. It was great, but a few years later it had to go as I had nobody to run it. I converted our Freddy prop that I made in 2005 to a zombie since we now had a live Freddy.
